Deep folds head rotation reference
The deep-folds head is an older face, and its creases sit on top of the planes rather than replacing them. Place the brow, cheekbone and jaw first, then lay the fold from the nose to the mouth corner along the front of the cheek. In profile the jowl hangs below the jawline and the neck shows its cords. Keep each crease following the surface it sits on as the head turns.
