Terms and privacy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Overview

These terms govern your access to Archive of Fine Arts digital products. By purchasing, downloading, or using the files, you agree to the policies below.

2. Licence and use

Personal study use, on your own devices. Art you make while using the plates is yours, including work you sell. You may not redistribute or resell the files, and you may not use them to train an AI model.

3. Delivery and access

Files are delivered digitally. Download links may expire, but your account will retain access to your purchases, so please store personal backups once downloaded.

4. Purchases and refunds

The sampler is free and it is the same plates at the same size, so look at it before you buy. If a file is broken, missing, or not what this page describes, write to us and we will fix it or refund it.

5. Privacy

We collect only the information required to fulfill your order and deliver your files:

Email address for receipts, access links, and account recovery.
Payment details handled by Stripe, and we do not store card information.

We do not sell your information. If you opt in to updates, we may send occasional release notes or archive updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal, privacy-conscious analytics to understand site performance and improve the archive experience. When we run ads, the Meta pixel measures whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase. It sets a Meta cookie, which you can limit in your browser or in your Meta ad settings.

7. Intellectual property

All reference files, text, and branding are owned by Archive of Fine Arts. The Archive of Fine Arts name and identity are protected intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

The archive is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site or files indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
