At 112.5 degrees, you have moved just behind profile. The face begins to disappear beyond the side of the head, so check which parts of the brow, nose or cheek still break the silhouette. Begin with the cranial mass and the ear rather than trying to fit a familiar profile into the remaining space. The amount of visible face is a measurement to make from this plate.

Follow the jaw toward the chin and note where that edge becomes hidden. The near ear helps locate the side plane, but it should sit on the head's surface instead of looking pasted onto the outer contour. Compare the width behind the ear with the narrow section in front of it. In the tonal plate, group the rear skull and side plane into broad shapes. Draw a quick version with no interior facial detail, then see whether the ear, jaw and neck are enough to describe the angle.
